They offer VPS in 6 different locations, but there're only 4 of them. And you will know about that only after purchase. On the 1st day support said okay, no problem, we'll request the server migration, just stay tuned for a couple of hours and we'll answer you. The next day I asked them how it was going and received the information, that unfortunately they don't provide the VPS in the Netherlands anymore. I don't know how good or bad their servers are, but their control panel is one of the best I've ever seen and the support team responds fast and friendly.
On 9/24/23 my website became so slow it was unusable. I checked Hostinger Status page, and it said all services and systems were operational. Later in the day, my website went completely offline. I checked the Status page once again, and it said all systems were operational. I contacted live support and was told that the IP Address assigned to my website was under a DDoS attack and asked me if there was anything else I needed (Yeah, my website to work). Almost immediately my website was back online but still slow. The next day on 9/25/23 my website was still slow, taking 10–20 seconds for each page to load. I contacted live support again (it had now been over 24 hrs. since I first contacted support). Support said my website was unreachable, and I should try turning off WordPress plugins. Almost immediately, without turning off any plugins, my website came back online (it comes back online every time I contact support). I advised support that I had contacted them yesterday as well and was advised that it was a DDOS attack, but the Status Page says no issues with services for the last 5 days. The second support person I spoke with had no idea what the first support person from the previous day had told me. Two different support personnel giving me two different answers. (Sigh) I was then given a “canned” response that I would need to transfer my hosting to a new server myself or get their CDN service and was provided with a tutorial on how to do it.(of course). I asked support why it was my responsibility to make sure my website was up and running? I pay for hosting, shouldn't my hosting provider know my website is down and move it or make sure that it is up and running?

There are companies that offer good performance but for higher prices. There are companies that offer good pricing but their performance suffers. Hostinger has found a way to strike the perfect balance. Their performance is top notch and their offerings are very well-priced. Hpanel is very easy to work with and you are going to love it once you get used to it. These guys are adding new features to it very frequently.
The limit on innodes on servers is a bit misleading because their plans offer 100+ websites but realistically their innode limit can only accommodate roughly 10. That felt a bit deceptive once I found out about it. Other than that, it has been very smooth sailing.

Very bad customer support i got 500 internal servers on the "Cloud Professional" Hosting file and to solve that problem they asked me to charge is like "YOU NEED TO GIVE MONEY FOR SERVER THST'S FINE THEN THE REAL CASE IS IF ERROR ON THEIR SERVER THEN ALSO WE NEED TO PAY AMOUNT TO FIX ISSUE ON THIR SERVER" It's Real fun!!!!!
Very Stupid hosting provider ever seen total loos of your money and third-quality server speed frequently you will get 500 internal server errors.
I am a developer and ask for money to fix that error because i know everything i will not give money to them by someone non-technical ask that then they will pay and that is what running on this platform.
if i can give a negative rating i can give -100000000000000 rating to them and I really angry with their customer support worst experience ever with any hosting provider i have used many hosting providers but this is the worst i have ever seen.

I have been using the Hostinger business plan for 4 years. but recently I wanted to upgrade to cloud hosting. but to upgrade for 2 years I need to pay 466 USD and if I buy a new one I need to pay 243 USD it's almost half of the upgrading price for the same hosting plan. I think it is totally unfair to existing customers, Hsotinger knows established websites won't transfer their website because it can cause errors and Hostinger is taking advantage of the situation.

I can understand, but your support team have to provide solution for same, and help in unsuspend or activate service. But your team was not available and they are not helping on same.
I hope you will activate my service as soon as possible. Because whole company memebers are waiting for that domain, they are just posting review about this matter on each platform.
I've tested their hosting with my woocommerce website and the speed is so average. The worst thing was their support, so unprofessional, mostly without a proper knowledge. My question was related to the issue of uploading max files which after many days of writing it turned out that they can't do anything with it, even with the proper settings in their PHP management. Many people picked my ticket, giving me strange not related with the issue suggestions, some of them did not even read the previous posts and I had to confirm that I already did things they have asked. Their support it is just wast of time.

сначала больше часа убеждал тех поддержку, что 503 ошибка это на их стороне, а какой то тупой чувак отвечал по 20 минут и говорил что ошибка в кэше))) Потом все таки они поняли что ошибка на сервере! Но решить проблему им так и не удалось!
Сменил план на 2 уровня выше, обычно в других компаниях это происходит моментально, тут это происходит очень долго!
Поддержка отвечает очень долго и тупо! допустим я написал сообщение и надо ждать более чем 30 минут на ответ, сразу же им отвечаю и снова надо ждать 30 минут и так продолжается часами и почти затягивает целый день!
