I ordered and paid for shared hosting, payment status did not change after I completed my payment via coinbase. Opened support and no one would reply. It has been several days now without a response. They took my money and disappeared into thin air. Do business with them at your own risk
I sent payment to them through their payment processor ,it was received and till now they don't provide what was paid for ,the system doesnt indicate they have received my money which they did...I wrote to their support ,for more than 24hours none of my ticket was responded to despite providing my payment details ,their customer service is very poor ,this doesnt look like real ISP to me ,I don't know if they can change in future but presently I don't recommend them
I saw a user with webmaster previlages in my website without any email address, my website doesn't even provide such role but yet no name and email but full access to the website back-end, I deleted that user as soon as I saw but I was too late, that evening I received phishing complaint through cloudflare stating some links were active for one and half an hour doing phishing activity but those links are not working any more to check for myself. The same Complaint was sent to HostStall.com who is my hosting provider, as soon as they received complaint they deleted my entire data without even intimating to download my data. There are only two chances either from my side or my hosting provider HostStall which is pretty much clear. They use our website as a bait to collect our user login information to other websites which is ultimately phishing and later they delete without any grace period or intimation.
They even changed my cpanel password last time, I needed to put a request to reset that.

Summary: I'm transferring my hosting account from HostGator to HostStall. (Mike Myler was really excellent on the Chat - walked me all the way through and helped me wherever I had a problem. He joined the chat immediately and stayed online for about 3 hours, while I learned my way through the hosting account and cpanel and got a few domains transferred and up and running. (that was my choice to do my own domains - Mike pointed me to their tech department that was ready to do the free transfers if I wanted that). I am 100% satisfied right now. Thank you!
