Evey once in a while I have a new issue that is mostly of my making. tech support always ready to give me a friendly happing hand.. and it's been 6 years.
I have been with HostXNow on a small reseller plan (I wont re-sell) for a few days only but really like their server speeds. What a huge difference in speed compared to my previous hosting provider (Hostgator shared). Their technical support is excellent and set up most things for me. Switching hosting companies is usually a nightmare due to various old/new server incompatibility, different settings. etc. While my sites migration wasn't a really a breeze for me, as I am not an expert, it was successful and I hope to stay with HostXNow for many years if they provide the same level of quality and support. I usually don't write reviews but they really deserve it.
I have been using HostXNow for 2 years now, starting with one website and now have my own dedicated server with them.
Super fast server, as well as outatanding service. Live chat is available 24/7 and if ever I have had an issue it has always been dealt with very fast. I have even had tech support from the company owner in the middle of the night! Nothing is too much trouble!
I moved recently to HostXNow and I have never had such good experience with a host, having used various services since 1997! Customer support is second to none, and the price is unbeatable.
Overall HostXNow has been excellent value for money which is pretty unbeatable. Their customer service is also excellent and have responded promptly whenever I've had a concern. My only bugbear is the downtime: I run the WordPress plugin Jetpack to monitor the uptime of my website and while it's sometimes great it can go down for between 20 minutes and 4 hours some days. The frequency varies wildly and there have been some occasions when the site has been down for days on end (but to be fair that was when they had a really bad server outage). You'd think they'd refund some money when that happens but no, they don't. But hey, it's OK most of the time!

Over the past 9 years, our uptime has been excellent overall, though the past year there were some bouts of downtime due to major network outages at our datacentre OVH as explained in our email notifications and server status page. OVH is expanding fast and is launching many new server locations to offer everyone hosting closer to home, unfortunately, there have been some issues network related along the way which is to be expected. OVH assured that of the downtime that was caused were one-offs and should not happen again in the way they did last year. OVH are constantly improving their infrastructure so should any downtime happen in the future they will be able to bring services back online much quicker.
So just to confirm, the downtime was not caused directly by HostXNow due to poor management our end but a 3rd party issue with our upstream provider OVH.
Of course, we will do our best to ensure our customers always achieve the best uptime, even if that means having to use different providers and datacentres. We hope network uptime will be much better with OVH in the future and we thank all our customers who understand that such issues can and do happen at all providers from time to time.
