Their website builder is now superb!! The support is just outstanding. Just this am, I needed help, and a rep was on the chat within like, 10 seconds Can't say enough good about them!

Top notch service at best prices for over 15 years! First, I bought a domain and their hosting services back in 2004 to start a discussion board, the Hyperboreans. In a few years, before Social Media took over, I migrated to blogging with WordPress software. In this entire time, I have had 99% uptime, and whether I had problems (hack, deluge of bots, etc.), ICDSoft was quick to notify me and correct the problem. Imagine, a customer service that actually does the job - with very little hassle or turnaround.
They are the gold standard for me on the internet.
In the many years I have been an ICDSoft customer, they have never failed to answer my technical questions promptly and completely. This is especially appreciated as my familiarity with operations supporting my domain and site are a complete mystery to me. I have found that no matter how hard I try to ask a stupid question, I fail. For the people answering my problem, no question is stupid and their patience is infinite. I just want to be safe and well supported. This company does that 100%.
I don't know how they respond so quickly. I'm sure glad they do! They are knowledgeable, professional, very thorough in their responses. There's nothing more I could ask for.
I’ve been using ICDsoft for well over a decade and not only do they offer reliable hosting, their Sure Support team is amazing. The support response time is amazingly fast and they are always able to answer any of our questions or resolve any issues we may have.
