Outstanding support Our company does not have any technical experts in servers, so whenever we run into something we don't understand, we wind up asking KnownHost. We've had accounts there for more than 2 years and support is always outstanding. First, we get a reply fairly quickly, often in a few minutes depending on the complexity of the issue.
Second, they have an amazing depth of knowledge and even when something surprising occurs, we generally get to the bottom of it quickly. We have used probably 6 or 7 different hosting companies over the last 15 years, so we have a lot of experience with support, and KnownHost is just head and shoulders above everyone else we've used.
The only negative thing I'll say is that sometimes we do get a less senior support person, and it takes a few more ticket replies back and forth to get an answer, but often someone else steps in and solves it if the first person is struggling a bit. Considering that even the less experienced staff are way beyond our own server capabilities, we consider this perfectly acceptable. And the really senior staff, which seems to be 90% of the people we come into contact with, are really awesome, just a super in-depth knowledge of servers.
