I've been with Liquid Web for over 5 years and I can't say how much I appreciate their awesome service. Knowledgeable support always is responsive and on target. I host only my own clients (over 50 websites) on a dedicated server, and all of my clients are extremely pleased with their service. Would highly recommend.

LW is the Internet's best kept secret. I can't tell you how many people I have brought to LW over the years both directly and indirectly. Their main unique advantage that everyone else fails at is their personalized service. They call it heroic support. I promise you that no other company has it. They should really write a book on how to deal with customers because they do an amazing job and have pulled me and my client's sites through some critical issues.

They are just one of the best hosting company out there. I wrote "one of the best" because I really tell them that they are sincerely "the best" every time I need some support or assistance from them, so at least here I'll try to differ a little bit. The fact is that they are people who loves to help and who loves their work. I'm from Italy and I spoke to one of them via phone once, and they are more than gentle and professionals, they are just great people, even when you reach them via phone call. Also, they come at a price, yes, which sometimes could seems pretty high, but it is due to the fact that what they offer is exactly what you need, and after that, you are accompanied to customize what you want in a real professional way. Yes, I totally love LiquidWeb and I would strongly suggest it to everyone who is seeking for a great hosting company.

After spending a decade at another provider, due to reliability issues, I moved to LiquidWeb and honestly I was very uneasy about it. It is a huge decision for our company, not a simple thing to decide upon. We pulled the trigger and I am so thankful that we did. I absolutely have nothing but good things to say about LiquidWeb and their team of support folks (and sales). They are helping us scale a solution that fits our budget, and even helped with designing a service that allows us to grow and within our budget. We own a lot of premium one-word domain properties that have great traffic, thus the importance of choosing a good provider. I'm not easy to please, so I had to take a minute to share this review. I'd recommend them to anyone (except my competitors (they can stay with bad hosts). ;-)

LiquidWeb has been the foundation for the confidence in my online business since Nov. 2010. They provide incredible, friendly, fast and knowledgeable support and I trust them completely. I always know my sites are up and running and help is just a quick phone call or help ticket away.

I've been w/ Liquid Web for three years. I have recommended several of my friends and colleagues to them and each and every one has been happy that I did. On the rare occasions where something goes wrong (it is usually my fault) they're always on the spot getting it fixed. Their help desk people are very knowledgeable and usually diagnose the issue correctly the first time.

I discovered LiquidWeb back in 2006 via a web hosting forum, and I have never had to consider another hosting service ever since. I have had a dedicated Windows server with them and during all these years of service I only recall two network outages that were of any consequence.

Their Heroic Support team truly lives up to the name. The response time to any form of support (phone, email, or ticket) exceeds expectations every time. I host several websites for internal use and their expertise has never been lacking during any support requests. I even switched to a new server once (for updated hardware and operating system) and needed all my existing resources migrated to the new server. The entire process was handled without any issues or setbacks. These guys know their stuff.

Their active monitoring system has also detected and fixed problems without me even knowing there was an issue. LiquidWeb is my first and pretty much only recommendation for any form of hosting, be it dedicated, shared or VPN, Windows or Linux. The account management system is also very well thought out and easy to navigate, and displays a wealth of information. I have had several opportunities to compare some competing services and none have come close especially in cost-to-value comparisons.

This is where service quality and product/hardware quality both get a 10/10 from me.
