MassiveGRID support has been very helpful and accommodating in understanding our needs and working with us to set up appropriate solutions. Support tickets are answered relatively quickly and in a straightforward manner. It's easy to upgrade/downgrade your server in the client portal whenever that's needed and with zero lead time. I only wish that the client portal was a little less clunky at times and showed live server statistics. That said, it's easy enough to SSH into your server and run htop.
