I have been trying to find a phone number for Customer Support for 2 days, I finally found one, they answered and transferred me to Customer Support, I have been on hold for 1 hour and 18 minutes already...and counting! You have an option to leave your number so they can call you back, but when you leave the number, it tells you that it is incorrect, that I need the country code, area code, and number, which I did 3 times and kept getting the same message. I have been with Rackspace for 15 years, I guess it is time to change companies!
A service that to define poor is an understatement: - over $ 22 for a 500MB VPS - a horrible, messed up and confusing dashboard - I could not remove a VPS myself from the dashboard, I had to call technical support twice at my expense (in Belgium). It took me days to delete a VPS, on Digital Ocean it takes 2 minutes. They billed me 5$ for "Rackspace Support Charges" - in December 2019 the service was unexpectedly no longer able to send emails causing serious disservice. I later found that some DNS services had been shut down without warning. I had asked for damages, but in vain
