For shared servers, resellerclub's hosting has been really fabulous. Till now the hosting is working well for me and my partners. However, please work well on the user friendliness of the portal/dashboard..
This Company does not have a active call center to call and resolve the problems. you have to keep mailing them about your issues which you will be getting reply in 48-72 hours. this way if your server is down or having some problem you expect it to get resolved in 10-15 days if your luck enough.
Dont even think of going with Reseller club. worst company.
If you are just want cheap hosting then you should go for it.
Their prices are very low .. u have to give it to them.
But and there is a big but.. there are other consequences u have to bear. We used their email hosting for our business and they sell this data in the market. How i got to know is that even after creating new email address they started getting spam emails like from 1st week itself. Almost every spammer is US or other english country based.
Then there is other problem where u just not only get normal spammers. There are spammers who will threaten u like we know who u are and then we have access to ur system etc.. honestly they dont and just trying to scare u.
So basically its cheap hosting with lot of issues. We shifted to google suite and we saw the effect immediately of using a branded service provider.
We are a Webhosting company that uses their Cpanel Reseller packages. We have many hundred services with them Our WHMCS gets constantly blocked from their servers Immunify. This issue is clearly on their side and the issue is affecting all of their reseller services. This will effect ALL Resellers. Support is not willing or cabable to help. This costs us serious money
A good service provider albeit needs work on support
On the whole, I must say that it has been a decent experience regarding reseller hosting. However, I am yet to figure why support takes so much time on Tuesdays and Thursdays specifically when my hours are in demand from clients as there is more traffic. Please figure out a way to manage this.
Don't answer questions, support is rude, called me "Dummy"
I reached out many times asking questions on how to get started with them, they respond with "Hello Dummy, you've reached the wrong department" I mean even if this "hello dummy" is a placeholder, this is very messed up to treat your customer that way.
They are actually the "dummies" since they cannot answer a single questions I ask.
