Service and customer care is on the downward trend
Last 2 months the shared hosting server had issues 3 times and one time it was done for half a day. Since recently there is no customer support. No phone support, no chat and they do not respond to emails,
Worst support. Only bothered to sell and dont care for the service. Most of the time server is down. Business emails are down. No direct payment gateways. If you use paypal you end up paying almost 4-5% on transaction and forex conversion charges. Better stay away,
Even if they have serious issue they keep defending till you exhaust and leave them. They are forever fixing their services. Just google search about them before using their services. Check downtime history.
There services are pathetic. Use less. Once there servers are down, they don't pick calls and never reply to your emails. Useless and hope less company. If you wants to suffer, do business with them.

not to worry, lost client for ever because of your poor service, i will never do business with you again, most irresponsible company ever, not acceptable at all in service industry, you dont pick phone, no reply for email, no reply for support, and now we have zero trust in your company.
The worst hosting provider company and their support are worst than their services.
Their server is always down for hours. If you searching for a reliable hosting provider, please please don't consider ResellerClub. They will never provide you support. You need to wait for hours to join support and in the last they will show you this message "No agents are available. We can't chat right now. Try again later." For one month there will be no Issue the server will work very fine but just after 30 days your site/s will be down for hours weekly, sometimes every alternate day. I'm adding all the evidence here just see my screenshots. So, if you are reading this review, please do not buy any hosting plan from ResellerClub. Else you will repent later. Regards, Pankaj

Hosting is okay but the support team needs to be polite
Pricing for shared hosting can be lesser, there are many brands out there giving it at a lesser cost but the infrastructure, addons and uptime of the hosting make up for it. I am actually not in favour of the support team's typical replies of "sir did you try it by yourself by going into the panel?" This is insulting and humiliating at the same time. If we knew how to solve our errors why the hell would we call and ask support to help us out? If you guys are so busy just shut your shop !!!
For what you are charging I don't think it is a good deal. Your Dedicated servers are expensive to begin with and there are much cheaper options in the market. I decided to buy dds becasue it was a resellerclub guarantee which you are giving. Hosting speed, uptime is fine. But why ask for extra charges for additional resources? In any case we are paying you heft amounts. Please asnwer my query as your support also does not have time.
This is really not professional, why are you promising high traffic with dedicated servers when your servers can't just stand the promise. It is embarrassing and really not up to the standards that you are setting as a brand. If you are looking at a new customer who is paying you top dollar, at least respect the money that they pay you. Dedicated servers cost a good sum and if our website ha loading issues and downtime when we need it the most, it is just not good business.
I am okay with the setup, features, even the support team is really helpful but please work on this aspect as it can cost us a lot of money in terms of acquiring new business!!
