As it has been stated previously, they "customer support" is just there for the sake of being there and not helping at all.
This host was recommended to me as it had some features like sqlserv and pdo that rarely any webhost provides. I got a 1-year plan just so they would remove the key features I decided to host with them without any prior notice. When I confronted them about it, all I got was "Yeah, sorry. We do not do sqlserv and pdo anymore". No refund, no compensation.
As this is a joke of a hosting service, I transfered my domain over to namecheap to be done with them and let my remaining time run out. It was all well until they automatically charged me a renewal I did not want. I messaged them within the same day explaining my situation and that I do not wish to continue using their service and they simply closed my ticket with 15 minutes without replying to it. I only got a reply after I sent another message to the closed ticket and all I got was they do not do refunds. Fair enough.
However, they also charged me for the domain that I had already transfered over to namecheap, so I do not exactly where that fee comes from. I paid the domain upfront the first year and I transfered and paid for an extension with the new register before it expired.
They won't refund me a charge for a service they do not provide and are ignoring my tickets.
Don't bother, you might as well find some local guy that hosts on machines in his basement and still get better customer support and value/money.
It is a disgrace they got a 2/10 for me for this review when they should have gotten 0/10.

As a reminder, Paypal has ruled in our favor, judging your case abusive.

Don't go to this, for starters their customer service is ran by one person in particular usually, and when I had my VPS setup ages ago, they didn't provide me with a valid Windows server license, thus expires 30 days later, says that I should reinstall the server and start over again when this happens, a load of B/S And secondly, the owner is an arrogant ****
We appreciate the effort you make to post your comments in several languages, via various VPNs. The main problem is that they all look alike. I have difficulty understanding that the staff of HostAdvice is not noticed.
However, I confirm once again that Windows licenses are not provided, it is explicitly specified on each VPS page.
