I'm very happy with the quality of the hosting.
My Australian sites are now blazingly fast, so I'm very happy with the result. Value for money is god as well with the new build-your-own service.

I can't speak to their support as I've never needed it. Everything's been pretty much perfect.
One of the other reviewers was unhappy with the $99 entry fee. I personally like it - it keeps away the tyre kickers, it's probably an effective filter mechanism against smaller clients that'll take up a disproportionate amount of support time.縮小
