Hello , I Bought VPS Hosting And Paid Via Bitpay , The VPS Turned Sh*t And They Provided Wrong Login Detail , I cancelled my Order And They Didnt Provide Refund , When i asked For Refund , They Told To Contact BitPay , One Thing is That i bought vps from them and they f*ckin asking to get refund from bitpay and blocked me from their site and blocked my mail F*ck The [Personal Data] ( TurnKey Service Girl) These Id*ots think we dnt know any thing their Service is cheap and they provide used things
On 11/25/21 you placed an order using BitPay, then cancelled it the same day. After receiving your cancellation request, we processed your refund via BitPay and you were sent an email from BitPay with a link to claim your refund.
You then notified us that you did not want to follow BitPay's refund process, which requires account verification, and demanded we refund you the money directly - which is not possible due to BitPays anti money laundering rules and protections.
When we informed you that you must claim your refund from BitPay via the email they sent you, you proceeded to use offensive and explicit language towards our staff. This behavior is a direct violation of our Terms of Service. For the safety of our employees and their families, we have a zero tolerance policy for this behavior, which led to your account being banned.
We are sorry BitPay's refund process caused you this much frustration, however as mentioned above, this is required by BitPay in order to verify and prevent crypto-currency money laundering. It is strange how they just take your money and give you nothing
I bought a VPS with them for 1 year on Black friday. The two months was ok. I use the VPS to sync my files between dropbox and Google drive. The sycing was going ok until I needed to sync 35GB. I started the sync process at night and wake up in the morning with them shutting down the server because it is reading and writing to the hard disk at the same time. Which is according to their support is using more than it is assigned to the VPS.
I had the same server with OVH with same specification and same setup and I never heard from them about the hard disks ( I have been using OVh servers for two years now ).
When I said ok, I will cancel the server and please refund me the 10 months left ( I already paid for 12 and used 2 ), they said that they do not prorate and thy can't refund me anything since the first 30 days have passed.
I really don't care about the money or their crappy servers but I am amazed how they take the money and feel ok about giving nothing in return.
Never commit for a long term plan with this service provider else you will be stuck with it and there is absolutely no refund or change of plan possible even if the current plan does not meet your requirement. As I understand you will have one month to review prior to cancelling your plan. In my case, the first month, I had no issues. I started to have issue after 2nd month. I tried to explain my concerns with the Support / Sales however they send you long list of policies and procedures which in short tells you that you will have to live with the service whether is meets your needs or don't. They do provide good specs when comparing with other service providers however their VPS are not designed for MT4 traders. The minute you run 3 instances of MT4 on a 4GB/ 4 CPU plan it will stop responding. I have VPS server from other providers with 2 GB / 2 CPU and can run 6 instances of MT4 without any issue.
I asked them to kindly refund my pending months as it does not meet my requirement however they declined the request. On black friday they had interesting option of dedicated server which I asked if I could swap my current vps to the dedicated server and pay the difference. Below response from the Sales:
"Greetings, there is no direct upgrade path possible from 1 package to that, but you are welcome to purchase a new package if it better fits your needs to expand / grow as you see fit."
I finally give up on them and no longer want a refund and any service they offer.
After two days I purchased from them using coupon, everything was fine. Then they DELETED my VM w/o prior notice then tell me the coupon was invalid. After I email and question them, they even deleted my account as well.
Hi guys, I inform you about my experience with them. I order a VPS from them and paid 3.99 USD for that. They accept the payment and deliver the service 14 hours later, where their sales told me it instant deploy. They send me ssh access but that is not connecting the next 12 hours. They didn't reply ticket just close if you open a support ticket, the reason is they are very busy in Black Friday sale.
5 days later they suspend my service. Because I do not verify my account, requirement 1. Credit cards front and back image. 2. passport or Driving and also another one.
When I told them why I give you full information of my cards they told me this is the policy, then ask why you suspend my paid service they told me you do not submit your card details. Where is my government and Bank says don't share the CVV number.
They can stale your money, don't trust them and they can delete your paid service. Just wasting my time with them. DON'T buy anything from them....
The customer service goes out of its way to help you and they answer questions very quickly. My dedicated server is fast (currently using for plex and video/media) and they have a 100% uptime! I would definitely recommend Turnkey to anyone.
