The support is terrible outside of UK GMT (where we got to learn everyone in the UK support centre by name)! Chat boxes unanswered and support responses unhelpful. Sad but true. Even sadder that a company like this remains in business making large sums of undeserved money.

hosting, they were charged off the card again without notification, and in the panel there was still only 1 charge for hosting and 1 for the domain. In practice, they wrote off money 3 times (2 times for hosting). No support at all! There is no chat support, we ordered a call back several times, so no one called back. I am waiting for a support response and a refund of debited funds, then I will correct the assessment/ Thank You!
