efore I picked them as my web hosting company, I called their customer support a few times to see how easy it was to reach someone and how knowledgeable the support staff was.
They also offer a lot of free tools that are helpful in getting started. They have a free site builder that should be suitable for more people’s first website. I ran into a few issues when I was making my site, but their tech support was able to help guide me along. There is also a free shopping cart if your site is a business site.
As I said before, my site has been with them for about a year now. Once the site was up, everything ran smoothly. There have been no interruptions in my service and it is easy to manage my site through their account manager.

This company does not have clarity in sending invoices, as I can see amounts are deducted without my consent, and they also give promises to solve problems and technical problems are not solved. I have called them over the past four days, almost every day, for more than an hour, an international phone call, because of technical problem related to the internal system in this company but nothing resolved. nsanely slow. My WordPress site took 15 seconds to load. On BlueHost, it now takes 1.5 seconds. The Omnis user interface is confusing, slow, disjointed, and literally looks like it's from the 80s. Our web designer logged in once and started laughing. Their tech support is typically rude and not helpful. I always feel like I'm interrupting a moody teenager from his video games.
