4SP. I have found both their support and hosting to be first class! It's great to know I have a team of Wordpress experts behind me to support me as I continue to launch more and more sites. it was handled very quickly. Here are the ticket time stamps from first to last: Wed, Feb 5th, (21:53); Wed, Feb 5th (22:02); Fri, Feb 7th (11:05); Fri, Feb 7th (11:15). So requests were handled within minutes. I have one issue though; but it's not really TMDs fault. I would suggest the extra money to get privacy protection for your free domain or I guess any domain you buy or transfer to them. I've received about ten spam calls since signing up with them. I called them and they said it was the registrar they use and the lack of privacy protection. I am a reseller of Godaddy and buy all my domains from myself. I never buy the privacy protection and never received any spam when I buy a new domain or from the 100+ ones I currently own. I gave them my cell number as part of my contact info when I signed up.

en when we brought the problem to the attention of the Director, it was completely dismissed and passed right back down to the same support staff for more slow, obtuse questions. The technical faults were disappointing - being left waiting for 3 weeks without email is not acceptable - but the way it was handled, with constant attempts to blame us and wriggle out of dealing with it, was truly appalling. We ended up having to move all our sites to another host in the middle of a very inconvenient time - we were just getting nowhere with 34SP. They used to be very good, and we often recommended them to others over the years, but prices went up and service quality went down. Now they have completely lost their way. Best avoided.
Can't be summarised any better than this:
"Constant technical issues and the engineers take days to get back to you. They never concede that anything is their fault when it always is. No-one takes responsibility for anything and complaints just get moved about and nothing is resolved. I would not recommend them to anyone."

to tell me that his website was not working. Nevertheless, upon on the sign-up of this service automatic payment was setup to avoid disruption of such.
As I went thru this issue, I notice that a payment of $142.80 went thru as expected. However, a further payment of $48 was required to re-active my services. Which makes a total $190.80 making an increase of over 60%.
No refund was offered, and I’m stuck with them for the next 2 year…great!!!
PLUS their mail-server is blocked by Hotmail, Gmail and other popular providers.
AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS otherwise you will regret in couple years.
