We've moved to AltusHost from one popular NL hosting company, and support is simply non comparable.
Pricing isn't like with some other EU providers (wish it is :) ), but still we got really quality service, so I'm ok.
I had previously used a2hosting for wordpress and it worked great. However, recently I tried to move my node/express website ...展開
from heroku to a2 and it got as bad as it could get. First of all It says it costs $4.90/month, but when purchased it, I had to, for someone reason, pay $7, thought I initially thought it'll be alright, later I realized It was only for the 1st month, and after that I'll have to pay $13/ month. That's straight cheating, I would've sued them if it had happened in a larger scale. And I think it's currently true for php/wordpress hosting as well.
Furthermore, documentation for node is very very bad, I was initially very gald as someone was giving node hosting at reasonable price, but hey nothing is free.
Worst nightmare. Before they migrated to something else, I never had ANY problems. Since they migrated I couldnt use my Email...展開
on my mobile, I couldnt use any new added Website (the forwarding is somehow broken). After like 1 or 2 Months writing with the Support I had to solve the problem myself! They didnt change and config everything properly as you should do after you migrate. This Hoster changed EXTREMELY! As I changed to them I was VERY VERY happy with the friendly support (that was actually a reason why I wanted to join them, and the features), cPanel, it just worked but that is all history now. It looks like they are all GSD now which is the worst (bye bye quality support)!! They dont even understand what you write. Btw. I was happy with them in 2017, around January to April..... such a waste of time now :(
I guess they have a different support for VPS/Dedicated Servers (atleast I hope it!).... ;) Too bad.
