, it's been 25 days and nobody answers. Terrible hosting service, I don't recommend it to my worst enemy! If you need anything in a hurry, you're screwed! I say this because I paid for the management addon of my sites which is an add-on that should ensure me more agility. Ridiculous, really bad service.

in our ability to track jobs, collect data in the field, and more importantly cost us man-hours. There was no warning, no emails stating HELLO Your Server is down! However, it goes BEYOND the customer service aspect. When we spoke with the sales rep during the warm and fuzzy stage of acquiring service, we were told they were fully redundant. We've gone through 2 outages with them - 1 for 2 days and 1 for 27 days - they are not fully redundant. If you have a business which relies on your "uptime" A2 hosting is NOT the company for you.
