asions but each time an agent calls me, I explain my case and they all tell me they cant help and they cant escalate. I find this hard to belief that a company like Afrihost has no internal escalation process!!
I have been struggling for 2 months now to update my new credit card details on their online system. Their system has an issue and cant currently work properly on a chrome browser. And they also cant manually load the new card. They keep on trying to charge my cancelled card and when payment fails they are trying to charge me admin fees and they threaten to cancel my service with them.
They have NO CUSTOMER FOCUS, NO PROBLEM SOLVING solution driven experience. They just interested in taking your money but not helping you when their very system is failing you as a customer. They have also never hear of 1st call resolution so they waste as much of their customers time as they can on a continuous basis.
Stay far far away from bad service. In these very troubled times I am so surprised to still receive bad service like this. Best is we need to not tolerate bad service any longer and spend our money where we get excellent service. I would not recommend to sign up with them if you dont tolerate bad service. I am for sure moving to any other ISP that want to strive for excellent customer service!!
