very day. If they are doing something right, it is there relationship with customers and resellers. This is also why I am with resellerclub as a reseller for the last 6 years or so. Support team is literally with you when you want them they respond dutifully As a reseller I am least worried because I know they will take of the situation. Happy that i can grow my business and look ahead, that is something not many brands are capable of doing.

o be, delete and start again. That would be OK but I need to keep the 5 year email history, you'd think that would be simple and also that Arvixe would want to help clean the 1700 malware files attracted to my 3 NEW site in 3 days. Alas no!!!
Apparently a reset means the backup taken monthly, weekly and daily are also deleted, BUT that depend who you speak to on chat,. some appear to think its possible to restore from the back up, and frankly logic would hope so.! The backup I took created abuse warning and then the account was suspended for abuse of a GB quota that isn't written anywhere and is supposed to be "unlimited".. The solution; I have to download the files via FTP, the certificates arvixe has for the site are 1 year old so the FTP keep stopping, 5 days later and I am still working on getting the files downloaded. WINSC works better than filezilla because of the cert issue.
Lets hope I can get this resolved. It could have been so simple, if they'd done from their side.. it would have probably taken an hour or two.
In short: STAY AWAY, WELL AWAY.

In terms of cpu for a few website it’s probably over clouded, it just doesn’t run even with a few no traffic sites and worse you cannot upgrade to R1 $21,99 automatically, you have to move the sites one by one somehow to R1 so start directly with the R1 if that’s where you want to go. The first year it will be a competitive price to lure you, the second year is average but here is the hick, they suddenly send you price hikes as if it was a new pricing policy for all and start charging you a new more expensive price $25,99 although on all their website they’ll continue to advertise the lower price $21,99 in small letters from 2nd year, now it’s been 3 months so I guess they had plenty of time to upgrade their prices. When asking about the pricing issue support answered:
“I am escalating your Case to the concerned team and they will update you shortly.
In the meanwhile, I request your patience.“
Well still no answer after 10 days.
I’ve been a domain name customer for more than 10 years, and recently (more than a year ago) had the bad idea of moving a few cPanel reseller hosting your save a few bucks and now I am paying more for less as servers are less reliable, it’s ok for very low traffic sites basically.
I now pay $25,99/month, the thing is that you have to replenish / transfer money to your wallet each time with this company (and they charge you a percentage on top when paying through PayPal), they have no recurring billing system so you have to keep an eye on all your services to have sufficient balance and manually pay month after month at different dates all your services. One really annoying thing is that they sort of send you an alert mail month or weeks before but not a few days before the service actually stops so I had a few
