ackup and support within record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.
I use TMDHosting for my website and I must say that it is the most satisfying business relationship I have. I cannot believe ...展開
that they deliver such a high level of customer service for such a reasonable price. I am not highly knowledgeable about websites and so needed quite a bit of help when getting mine built, but TMI Hosting’s representatives were always pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The last tech support request I sent in was completed three minutes after I sent in the ticket. I could not be more satisfied.

ecent one. So far, no luck, I haven't been able to find one with at least a support group that doesn't suck yet. But I have to say that TMDHosting is simply the worst of all the ones I tried so far. To make a long story short, they made modifications to my folders that broke my sites and completely denied having anything to do with it. But I know for sure that I didn't make those changes as I had not touch my websites for months at the time this happened and beside me, no one else but TMDHosting themselves had access to those folders.
Next remember that if you purchase an SSL certificate from them, you need to open a ticket to get it installed, otherwise you paid for a certificate that will never be installed. And when that happens, be very patient, these guys are not in a hurry to fix YOUR mistake.
Remember also that when your hosting package is due for renew, that is the kind of thing that they don't forget. They automatically charge your credit card for 2 years. Didn't remember having signed up for this automatic renewal, but that's Ok. If you'd rather just go for 1 year instead, not a problem, just let them know and they will gladly refund about 25% of what they charged you for 2 years, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Finally remember that when you are actually ready to cancel, you won't be able to do that with a simple email. No, you have to start a chat with one of their agents, give them your support PIN and hope for the best. Despite having done that as per their request, I am still receiving invoice overdue notices. Good thing I turned off their auto-renewal option and removed my credit card on file, otherwise who knows what would be happening as a result.
