After I recovered it, I decided I wanted to change providers because of the awful customer service and was told I had to wait 60 days before I could make changes. 60 days have passed, I have repeated requested to unlock my domain to change registrars and they still have not unlocked it. I've been talking to their customer service for two days for a simple thing like unlocking the domain.
