The first best thing is, their support help me in migrating all of Wordpress website over.
Then setting was the rest of the stuff was pretty easy.
A few days back, my site was experiencing high resources usage volume without any changes in plugin/themes.
I went into panic as I rely on my website for operations and sales.
Luckily, their support was really good, they make effort to help me figure out what went wrong and got the issue fix.
I think that this will be the main reason I believe I will keep on using Chemicloud in the future, as many other hosting do not, and will not look into issue that is a website error, to many other hosting company, their services is within the hosting boundaries only.
But Chemicloud make sure your website works, hosting works and I can be in peace of mind, therefore, Chemicloud rocks!

even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

d the WordPress back-end are noticeable slow, they don't provide enough resources to run even standard themes that pretty much everyone uses. After so many failed attempts to build my website I've asked for money back. They said that my 30 day return period is over. That's it. They don't care if you're a happy customer at all! My websites are not functional, I wasted a lot of time and I paid for nothing. I didn't want to write reviews but today my email was full of error reports from the hosting (I don't even use their services) so this was enough. Stay as far away as possible! I would give 0 stars if I could.
