will lose customers and you will lose business. I paid for 1 year and , didnt host any site. Their VPS had problems raised high priority ticket. They responded very slowly. I realized how horrible support was and asked to cancel my VPS. They refused refund as well. I dont care about 168$ money they looted. but I am really glad i didnt host any business here as that would have been even a bigger loss
