downgraded" all the sites I had from a Liquidweb VPS to a Wordpress Turbo account on Chemicloud. I am usually a do it yourself guy, but in this case I got lazy and asked Customer Service to migrate for me 8 websites, several more databases and approximately 50 email addresses and forwarders. 3 hours later from when I submitted the migration request, everything was up and running. Their chat support is tierless, the agent who you start the chat with is the same one that "solve" your problem .

rompt to reply to my e-mails and fix whatever the issue is if I can't handle it myself. I need to upgrade to a new server and thought I'd shop around a bit (hence why I'm on this review site) but I'm thinking to myself why even bother looking? I'll just stick with iWeb, they've proven to me over the years that they're super reliable.

Keep increasing prices on server, I'm costumer for many years, just lazy to move the VM to other place, but enough is enough....展開
They recently increase the price, I expressed frustration and said unless they bring it down(because it is already 6 years old server :)), I'm switching, they replied and thanked my for submitting closing request and that my server will be deleted soon :)
I didn't submit the request, just said I will be moving my stuff over the weekend. This is just a terrible customer support.
