eir support diminished to next to nothing. Like the daddy one used to be. If it isn't server related they are hands off. We tried out ChemiCloud and have been very pleased. Then, one day our other host moved our sites to another server and caused a huge amount of problems and they took their hands off approach saying it wasn't server related. After arguing with them for a few hours we just switched over to ChemiCloud and all the issues with the site immediately resolved. They have been great the whole time and are there to help with anything we need.

even understand how a robots.txt work (basic sysadmin knowledge) because they set an allow rule to an user agent that had not been disallowed in any previous rule on the robots file. Also, the other day, from another chemicloud account from one of my clients, a support agent on the chat was asking me on the chat how can she check the server response of a page. Another case of an agent lacking basic sysadmin knowledge.
This is not a problem specific to the agent that breaks basic hosting management protocols or the other support agent that didn't know how to use the chrome inspector, both cases are just a signal of how unsustainably is chemicloud escalating its growth. They are not investing enough in support service and this is what will end up breaking up everything. Not the inflated prices compared to competitors, its the terrible support service, because that was the only added value from this company in comparison to the competitors and it used to be brilliant 2 years ago when I came, and I recommended every client to do so. Not anymore, I'm leaving and my clients are leaving.

There are scamming to peoples. from last today i place NL server order and i pay for 60.67$ after 2 day i need more server and i visit again NL server then i checked same server available in 23 euro means 28USD$ i ask to team why you charge me high amount and live team support member say me server price fluctuate i am say ok why renew price not fluctuate he said open ticket he reply my ticket after 17 hurse when i write English they reply me we are sorry we don't change renew price .the point is in 2 days price fluctuate 50 to 55% i ask leave it i just ask you please if price is fluctuate please add fluctuate renew price they said sorry we can't do it if you need new price 23$ server cancel this server and place again order and pay new invoice . after 2 now i open dispute they are suspend my server and not refund my payment please don't buy anything from ScopeHosts they are scammer they are all from india they just change they use American name for scam peoples ..
