I used to tell everybody about TSO host - I thought they were exceptional but something has changed recently.
The last few weeks (according to them months) they have been having major issues with their cloud - to the point that they no longer offer it to new customers. They have also said in various conversations that they do not know when the problem will be fixed properly.
My website is having daily server errors, when it does finally load the speed is dreadful and making any changes to my WordPress website just ends in more crashes. The entire process of updating an unresponsive website and navigating their live chat has wasted days of my time.
The only solution TSO could offer me is paying extra money for their Cpanel service, they'd look at refunding the remainder of my current package all while they offered me a £0.73 rebate on the weeks of disruption.
As they have specifically said that they cannot guarantee uptime on my website and I am an online retailer, I have decided to move to another hosting company.
They are refusing to give any refund more than that £0.73 on a service I paid for and have yet to receive - even though I have months left on my package.
Service paid for, service was not received - some sort of refund is expected. I will be pursuing this further.
Do not use for any reason - even if they fix this issue, their customer service in relation to issues is somewhat laughable.
