rovided in my dashboard with the one our designers created. To my pleasure and relief, he asked me to send the files and he did the update for me! Phew! I was worried I might delete the wrong files. He then assisted me by setting up a user account so I could edit the site as needed. Very quick, helpful, friendly and above and beyond my expectations!!!

Downtime with WinHost
I have had my website down 4 times in the last three months for more than 8 hours at a time. There is no redundancy whatsoeve...展開
r and this is there response when I asked why their website did not go down just the customers. I have an international website with 30,000 students and this down time is too costly and ridiculous.
"The blackhole routing is for a specific IP range. The Winhost main site, as well as many of my clients, are not hosted within that range."
So their site does not go down... but everyone else does. WTF
