located in my state. I've since downsized to a much smaller plan that I could probably get cheaper elsewhere, but I'm sticking with Knownhost because their support is awesome! I can count on getting a response quickly and getting any issue resolved right away. Actually, I've never had a major issue, but I have asked a lot of questions over the years about how to do things and whether they can/will help me do something that I probably should be doing myself. The staff has been knowledgable, quick to respond with assistance and friendly.
I should also say that my dealings with the sales staff have been great too. They helped me to figure out what plan I originally needed and helped me figure out the best option for downsizing without trying to upsell me. At least once over the years, they've even recommended and did the work to move my account to a new plan offering increased resources for a reduced cost. I only wish my cell phone company.... well, you can imagine.

When a company fails to acknowledge and do anything about its staff failures, you know it's time to take your business elsewhere. When staff fail to call back despite promises to do, when a company loses your data, when technical support staff display a lack of competence, and when a billing and ticketing system doesn't work, it begs the question of what this "technical" company is actually able to do. And then when the "feedback" department does everything but take feedback or address your customer service issues, there's nothing more you can do.
If you're looking for a reliable and competent technical operation, look elsewhere and stay as far away from eUKhost as possible.
