the account and said I will receive money back in 5 days. after 15 days I did not receive the money back on my card, I called them they said they did a mistake and now it should work after 5 more days, I waited 15 more days and still did not receive the refund. I had to file a complait to mastercard to get my money back

Their tools are good. Initially they were performing good enough.
But then, here comes the catch:
They have a policy of 14 days refund. After almost 2 months, they shifted the hosting to a server which will annoy in all possible ways. It will always be dead slow website loading, frequent "503 server error" without any traffic, website not opening during certain period of the day, or in certain geographies etc. Overall you'll realize that it was a mistake to opt this service.
At that time, you cannot get refund, as 14 days are over. Then they will insist to purchase a higher, costlier hosting plan. If you request for cancellation, they will cancel the hosting (totally remove) without any refund.
I lost one client due to all this jargon. My other client is asking to find another better hosting. I'll have to migrate his website.
