e day one after receiving payment , we could not able to contact ny person or service support properly. when ever we called only one person named mamtha attened the call and never listen what we say and simple ask to sen mail. but even after sent many mails to request solve our problem... still no response. all our site has been attacked by virus and 1000 of spam mails come to our email ids. when we ask the web experts ,they told ,its due to poor service security. after sales the sales person named navin vanished or no more . we tried his mobile number 9899980752 more than 100 times for the past one month but ?????????????????????? when call support only mamtha attened and answered roughly and irresponsible ??????/ since we didnt get proper support only we changed our service provider . but now we feel that they are 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000 thousand times far better then your service . if you are not able to solve our problem, please return our money we will withdraw your service immediately .

called tech support. The rep would gave me the impression he knew the problem, but would not tell me how to solve it. He spoke in the most vague terms, or he might have been an idiot. I asked to talk to his supervisor, who continued along the same lines. Both were insulting. After the call without a solution, I canceled all auto renewals and bought a plan with InMotion Hosting.
Godaddy's automated call back system is pathetic. I called 3 times. Each time the wait time was 40+ minutes. I'd select the option to get a call back. I'd get a call back, and then wait for another 30 minutes... waiting for a rep. I had to hang up not knowing how long I'd have to wait. Total of 6 hours waiting and on the phone with degenerate representatives. No more.
