ebsites). I've tried a few different hosts over the years and NetVirtue have been far and away the best. They are very responsive with support issues, generally stable (occasional downtime but usually fixed rapidly) and I've had no cause for complaint. They certainly offer extremely good value for money and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

level subscription and the other one on a more upscale option. It is completely impossible to do any work on either of those sites - the server continuously drops out, the uptime is a joke, getting through to their support takes about 60min on average and when getting through all they do is recommend to pay for one of their Wordpress developers or to upgrade the plan. For one of my clients we did upgrade the plan for an additional AU$600 which did absolutely nothing to fix any of the issues. We've had ongoing problems with a cURL 28 error and any fix I had up my sleeve didn't work, then ended up paying for a Wordpress developer via GoDaddy who emailed back after 72 hours saying it's not related to Wordpress or the website itself but to the server (as I had told them many times). GoDaddy then promised to escalate - hadn't heard back after 8 days so called them again today, spent 2.5 hours on the phone to be told it's not a server issue but a Wordpress issue. Back to square one. This company is an absolute joke - a quick google search also showed that many other GoDaddy customers have the cURL 28 error and are being told to pay for a developer - what a scam. Stay away - my clients will be fighting for refunds and moving to different web hosts.
I used to love these guys. I referred so many clients to them due to the incredible service. Sadly, in the last 12-months tha...展開
t has just died a fast hard death. There servers are slow ... yet they maintain that it is the website and plugins, even with developers saying it was undoubtedly the server. I changed to siteground - and the page speed improved significantly. I had an old site - hosting and domain, though really only used it for the email. I was going to move this across to siteground too ... realised that my hosting wasn't there, contacted them ... they realised that while the website was working and it was still hosted there, I just didn't have access to it from my own account ... and that they hadn't billed me (which was all automatic) - and so hit me up with a bill for 2-years. I wasn't happy at all ... I could have eaten it, had they offered a half decent service ... but like I said, that has long gone. They are arrogant and rude and very very unhelpfuly.
