I have a big website that gets millions of visits per month and never had any issues with my VPS server. all the issues i had (which is very very rare) was because of me or some issues related to the site CMS (i use wordpress) and their support fixed it all for me and in no time. i'm not even joking, their response time is astonishing and they really go above and beyond with their support. even if the issue was not related to the server they will advise me and guide me to the best way to fix it.
They are AWOSOME.
Trust me, if you used their service you will sleep soundly knowing that your website is in a good hand.

they had revised their plans in the background.
New inode limits set at 150K caused our account to get flagged and forced upsell conversation with the support started. Until today, they never officially announced or informed about this change to their existing users. Neither do they list this information within the plan details.
So, lesson learnt, GreenGeeks ToS allows them to do whatever, whenever, without any limits. They are the only and last arbitrator to rule over their ToS, which quite frankly is a bad joke.
To top all this up, we have more than a year left in our billing cycle, which GreenGeeks refuses to refund, yet they are happy to close our account. Fair deal?
TLDR; BE AWARE OF UNJUST BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SKETCHY TOS.
