Worst customer service

I have signed up for an account to get a dedi server. Could not even proceed with payment as order considered as a fraud.

files which after many days of writing it turned out that they can't do anything with it, even with the proper settings in their PHP management. Many people picked my ticket, giving me strange not related with the issue suggestions, some of them did not even read the previous posts and I had to confirm that I already did things they have asked. Their support it is just wast of time.
