ifferent [in a good sense].
I used the WordPress hosting service (+ free one year domain name). You can also protect your domain registration details with only £5 per year.
The cPanel is extremely well-designed, with an intuitive UI/UX. You get access to phpMyAdmin, MySQL database, and even public_html through their directory manager located inside cPanel. In the case of migration, the whole process is an absolute breeze with the help of their customer service (this is precisely set up for people who don't want to waste their time on technical issues unlike me :-D). The backup is done automatically on weekly or daily basis, based on your chosen plan. The great part about it is with a little bit of technical know-how you can back up your website manually at any time; they don't restrict you at all.
The installation process is very easily, and your website is only a couple of clicks away from you [although I prefer more manual installation - which is a breeze with their great documentations]. In addition to that, they also offer Git integration and SSL certification for free that can be used/activated with just a couple of clicks (in the case of SSL, with only one click).
Customer service team are very friendly (Emily and Neringa) and effective; on average, you get responses in less than 3 hours (through emails, preferable for nerds like me).
All in all, I highly recommend using them as your web-hosting provider. Particularly if you're looking for a great WordPress host.

p you but they are unreliable at times. On one interaction I told them that my server is becoming really slow and the associate sent me links about how I can improve my loading times by decreasing size of images. I sent them the site data before I started seeing this issue and they still claimed it was my problem but only to find out that one of the sites sharing the server with me were under ddos attack. They told me that they would transfer me to a new server and this won't repeat again only after two months and a down time of four days that asked me to move server again this time due to issues with cloudflare.
At first we subscribed to Onliveserver located in Japan to test out our system on Nov 2019, everything's good until there's a...展開
DDOS attack hit us, causing us unable to reach our dedicated server. Submitted a ticket to them to ask for assistance but they cannot do anything to help, they can just trace the source of the IP and block it or allow a certain IP to be whitelisted first to remedy the situation. Lame technical support.
On top of it, their billing really sucks, which they actually double-charged us for the server subscription for consecutive 3 months (which is till Feb 2020). We submitted ticket to ask for refund, yet they only refunded 2 months and not the 3rd month, reopened the ticket and opened live chat but there's no reply from their customer service support. Their CS support also super duper slow and no standard.
Overall, DO NOT USE onliveserver! As they really have a bad customer service and technical support! You will lose much more money if you use their service!
