hone when i can’t explain the freaking problem. Especially something related to tech issues. They pick up the chat fast, you just can basically send a screenshot and bam problem solved. Sometimes I feel like chatting with kids, cause they keep sending gifts, but its fine. They know what they are talking abo9ut when it comes to solving problems. Also, i did not notice a lot of downtime, since i started using it one year ago, very impressive.

ly resolved after some hours. Network performance is great (no outages during the last years). The prices for our servers, clusters and domains are very fair. The best thing is that they do not charge additional costs for their great support.

a refund policy, after that no one will care if you ping them for any support majority of the times BOT will give standard reply none of the executive will come online to help.. after several hrs an email will come with a short note but they wont give any solution. I don't know how people are giving such a goood rating for such a bad hosting service with out proper customer support.
