can only make you a ticket and make you wait for some tech individual to *EMAIL* you. Try calling? Same useless employees know nothing, CANNOT transfer you to anyone else - not even a manager. Must wait for someone else to EMAIL you. And "ASAP" does not mean ASAP. How do I describe the experience? Waiting for these tech agents to reach out and *actually* answer our questions is reminiscent of being locked away in a Mexican prison while nobody knows where you are or what happened to you. They strand you. And you don't even get a phone call.
