Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag.
When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.
Poor business strategy and I will have to talk to my bank to cancel the payments manually plus ask them to put the business on a blacklist so other people do not get into this situation.
Totally unprofessional and poor business ethics.
Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache.

arged me $71.88 without any 1 month or 1 week notification. Every Hosting Company sends you the notification mail before 1 month or 1 week. And this TMD hosting Company directly charges the amount from your Account. And now in 2021 this Company again charged $71.88 to me. They are not refunding the amount , not even the partial payment. Don't ever buy this hosting. Never ever provide your credit card details to TMD hosting. I would never trust this company anymore because of them I had to block my Credit card so that they can't ever use my bank details. In future I'll get the new credit card
