to help you, or maybe even doesn't want to take the time. I've had a few of those even at InMotion. But the vast majority of the time, the First Tier people want to be helpful, they are knowledgeable, and when they don't have an immediate answer they will do their best to get one from their higher tier technicians. The rare times I've had a problem that I knew was not caused by my own coding, I've been very pleased with their response time and their willingness to help. I've been with them since 2013 and I can recall only one time where the person blamed it on my code immediately without bothering to do any research. Of course it turned out that it **wasn't** my code -- it was a glitch in an htaccess file that was apparently caused by CPanel. I never touch htaccess so I knew it wasn't something that I'd done. The second person I talked with was much more helpful and he troubleshooted the file, told me the problem, and he fixed it himself. That is awesome service!

s give them a positive review only because they get a commission when people sign up. I wish they wouldn't mislead unsuspecting customers. Read reviews from actual customers to know what they are really like.
Inmotion Hosting is awful Webites seem to be down more often than they are up. The speed is much slower compared to other hosting companies in this price range. Hold times for dealing with customer service are ridiculous. Some of the reps are polite and helpful while others are complete a-holes. Either way, they never apologize for the problems they cause (which have become more and more frequent). If you're running a business, you don't have time to spend several hours per week dealing with these people and trying to get your site running.
I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this company.

month. the service was vary2 bad. my website from early month 3 days already down, and what i cant accepted my web database also corrupted without touch anything after migrate. email was very2 bad, my client always complain dont receive. and smtp always down. what a bad service i thought i stay in malaysia can get better when youre local. but nope, my last experience with ovh singapore was 10x times more better than this. without any single issue. dont take a risk. and they can refund but not in cash still in their wallet without withdrawn to your bank. so just stay away, its a small scam style but on proper way. i hope dont make your customer in a risk with this kind of company. ive problem until now they still cant solve and keep give me a wrong reason.
