f the server was working without any issue but not for all. When I send in the request to ask them fix it, they delay the issue for 3 days and come back to you without any proper explanation. What they told me was trying their best to troubleshoot but there is nothing wrong with the server and push the responsibility back to me. I do some screen capture to proof that same system is actually working well in server A but it's fail in server B. I request them to explain if they said this is nothing to do with their server. But the ignore my query and telling me to migrate all my hosting to the server which is working. I lost my confident on that. Below is their slogan :- "Management Note: Our goal is for 100% customer satisfaction." I think better change the slogan to " We will try our best to satisfy our customer. But if we fail to do so, that's reasonable due to our limited knowledge in managing cloud server".

cannot save my work because I'm getting a Server error (500 Error).
As usual, their support was acting like they don't believe me I have a problem and replied: "All the pages seems to work fine from our end".
I explained again the website is working but I cannot save changes made with Elementor on my homepage.
The support guy then showed me how he was able to make changes on a test page which was not made with Elementor...
After 45 minutes of trying to convince him that I do have a problem he asked me: "Do you have unsaved changes?".
I mean, this is the only reason why I contacted him...
After one hour on the chat he told me he was able to save changes with Elementor on my homepage.
When I asked him what changes did he make he showed me a screenshot of a test page not made with Elementor!
After 1 hour and 15 minutes he finally acknowledged the existence of the problem and advised: "This issue needs to be checked further, I will create a support ticket for you"
So I lost 1 hour and 15 minutes for nothing!
And every time they act in the same way, like they don't believe you actually have a problem.
If you value your time stay away from Interserver!
