Instead of it, after a few hours I received an email from the provider about my insufficient balance, although 1 month has already been fully paid in advance. I was asked to make an international call to his support team and discuss the top-up, after receiving instructions to top-up again, and then call the support team again and discuss launching the cloud server. If I don't, my orders are promised to be cancelled in 7 days. I replied that I had already paid their bill for 1 month and I am not going to pay twice, and required a refund for 1 month, as I am not going to make several expensive international calls that are more expensive than the VPS itself. I terminated the contract, demanded a full refund, but they never came to my debit card, although their agreement promises a money back guarantee. Terrible provider , consider my negative experience!

roviders; at the moment, neither Yahoo, nor Gmail will accept our mail from them. This has effectively shut down our ability to do business. Yahoo and AIM have not worked for 4 months. Gmail has been a week, but is the majority of the email market. Every time I chat, this is the answer (direct quote) " I wish I could give you a time frame however, but I don't have any means of providing you a reasonably accurate outline." If they can't fix a problem, give a timeframe, or allow you to talk to someone who knows a status, then it's time to look elsewhere. I certainly am.
