ady had previous experience with Knownhost support for a different website I manage, and so I quickly stood up a new account and moved all 14 of my domains from the competitor account to Knownhost.
One of the issues above that was affecting my site at the previous webhost was also affecting it once it moved to Knownhost. However, unlike my previous host who was unable/unwilling to help resolve the issue (that was going on two weeks with a resolution), Knownhost support was able to diagnose and resolve within 30 minutes.
One of the best webhosting companies I have ever used and their support is excellent!

alerting me to the files that were malicious. I deleted all of them except one (which I missed by mistake). Because of this, on a Friday night, they shut my site down - took it off line. Then they give me the spin that their 'abuse team' is different from their "support team" and they only work 9-5 monday to friday - no after hours support. So my site is now offline until Monday at the earliest. Dreadful service, in no way fit for a professional business to rely on. Please learn from my mistake, avoid these guys at all costs.

lnmp environment, The VPS server was closed, the company support saying that I was sending spam, and then I filed a protest. After reinstalling the system, it turned on again. I continued to install lnmp and actively closed port 25. When I slept, I found that the service was terminated. The reason was still spam, So I asked them to investigate this situation and refund. At the time of purchase, their website clearly stated that there was a 30-day money-back guarantee. As a result, they refused my refund request. I asked them to actively check my behavior on the server because of their so-called spam, I did not send it. But they do not respond to my request.
There is another weird thing. At the beginning of the service, I could not log in to their vps server with ssh. After I sent a service order request, I could log in.
I suspect that they control the client's server for improper gain, or that the server is completely hacked.
Please be cautious.
