or 3 months. Never experienced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service.
It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat.
Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly.
Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

y hosting bill in time. The reason being i was in the hospital due to a serious health complication.
After i got home i received an email that my account had been deleted.
I sent mediatemple 3 emails to ask if there would be a possibility to restore my account, i mean every hosting company holds backups! I received no reply. Then i tried calling and the service agent hung up on me!
I know i should had paid in time but due to circumstances that was impossible. I kindly asked if they could restore my account with a back up, nothing more.
How can you treat a loyal customer of 10+ years that way? At least reply to my question and don't hang up on me.
Worthless and rude customer service.
Oh yeah, and their tech service is a joke as well! Every time something was wrong they would blame it on me, incompetent tech support to say at least.
Stay away from mediatemple. They don't value you as a customer, even if you've been with them for 10+ years.

going down. I realized they got acquired and it all makes sense now. They were run into the ground to cut corners and make a profit. The service got outsourced to India, the simple navigation of the site is out the window, and the site got FAR less reliable than it once was. Such a shame.
