When I first registered in the 90s they were fine. Now they're the worst of the worst. They make you wait a total of 8 days, jumping through hoops, to transfer to another registrar. Other registrars it only takes mere minutes... 展開 to transfer. They add domains onto your account without asking you, then charge you once the "free" year is up. For every tiny little change you make with your account, they try to trick you with hidden fine print into signing back up for the marketing emails. Most people miss it and end up back on the list, every time. Many more little unethical tricks they use to scam their customers out of money. Their customer service is so atrocious I feel that I'm about to have a heart attack or something I'm so frustrated and angry. The guy told me they don't close accounts, then he told me to hold while he "checked with his resources" and then he hung up on me. 縮小
