1. If there server is blacklisted any where? The Answer to this Milesweb representative gave at that time is that was old technical issue and now it had been resolved. 2. If I port another website from other server with Email will miles web them will be able to help us in this regards? The answer to this Milesweb representative gave at that time is that we will work with you and ensure your website and email will be transfered. But now after 6 Month of service we had faced both of the issues and the response from their customer service team is shocking. 1 Blacklisting of server: We are facing issues in exchanging emails from some of our customers. When we reported this to Miles Web they said they had notifed the server who had blacklisted them and now it is upto them to clear Miles Web Server. This cost us business in the mid of pandemic where we are doing our best for servival. 2. Website and email Migration: Recently we have requested Miles Web to migrate our website to their server. It took countless hours of chats and email with Mileweb customer service representative for over two weeks to get our website migrated. Now for email they are saying it is not possible (which is completely opposite to what they had said earlier). And we have rebuild our email into thier server and manually enter all the contact but data can not be migrated. To be honest the way their rep talked to my colleauge was not at all appriciable. It seems everytime we take MilesWeb customer Servicer that they think we have paid them for three years are can not go anywhere so why to worry and let our business suffer. In the mid of pandemic where we all need more empathy and need to support each other, Miles web is taking adviantage of our situation and trying to not harash us. I would advise all the STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you do not want to make losses because of them. |
