Their basic plan is way too restrictive. You have to get a non-shared server to get any serious work done there and pay lots of money. There is also no way to stop a payment once the invoice is done six weeks in advance. Worse of all, they do not follow their own TOS. Stay away from them. Also, their service is available only in australia. No doubt they are associated with chesschat.org in some shape & form. Their customer service is also very rude & does not help except criticize. Net Logistics also has long reply time between its servers & outside computers. The mainframe is very slow & very old, as they also try to save money on old technology, yet they charge too much for basic service.
