xpensive. Their policies when it comes to refund are just non existent and their cost increases are never communicated to the customer till it's billing time.

Will not provide service but will charge you

Attempted multiple times to purchase a bare metal server from them. Even contacted sales. Agreed to the contract but shortly after they simply cancele...

d because apparently they "couldn't verify my identity". They never asked for any verification documents but simply canceled the service. Had to chargeback through my credit card since they did in fact charge me for service they never provided. Refused to elaborate or try and resolve the issue
