now. Support tickets are consistently responded to within 5-10mins with resolutions completed very quickly. The team are polite, professional and care about their clients.
We have a number of virtual private servers, web hosting plans and domain names registered at uk1host and have no plans to choose an alternative provider.

As everyone in the chats shows consultant, I also had a conversations with the CEO, cant remember the name, but that's impressive that even he offered up his time over the weekend and added some hours to assist. Not sure of your infrastructure and how many consultants/system administrators you have, but it definitely works, as I didn't have to repeat myself over and over, and the support just happened. (MAGIC)
Also a special thanks to the 1st consultant that assisted me and I was lucky enough to get her a second time on Sunday (Nana). Thank you for the useful information you provided which assured me that the move is a great idea I'm sure this will benefit my business in the long run as this is my 1st whm server and opening new doors for me that I was planning to reach into only later this year.

Not friendly, worst support. Support can be answered as follows: "not our fault if you are unable to use a VPS, we don't even provide support for this, we did an exception for you". Do not give answers and just close tickets to support - This is gross disrespect.

I only used 6 months, and I never had a single day without a server error
