Please be-careful they are not trust worthy regarding your credit cards. in my experience they charge me without letting me know that whether i want to continue with their service or not , as i requested to disable my account and refund me unfortunately the didn't. clearly its not fair charging customers without their consent.

Since TSOHOST acquired the business we have experienced so many server errors, not receiving or being able to send emails, TSOHOST have been blacklisted by the likes of Microsoft hotmail, gmail and they never seem to resolve the issues. Today, I am unable to receive, send emails, I can't log onto webmail, I am completely locked out and we need our internet up and running during the pandemic. I finally spoke with a representative from TSOHOST and I questioned them about the continual issue with daily.co.uk accounts and she admitted that the Directors of the Company were aware of the major issues over a prolonged period and it appears they are not doing anything about it, it seems the company is out of control.
I am appealing for TSOHOST daily.co.uk clients to form a group to raise their incompetence with BBC Watchdog and hopefully prevent other people experiencing the same frustrations.
