So.. I have used one.com for many many years... I've recruited a lot of customers for them and I moved a lot of services over to them throughout the years. Years back ago service was amazing!!! (hence their growth).
But now?!?!?! Oh oh oh ... Now when I ask for pretty basic help (I am not a pro, I would never apply for a Support job for this kind of service, but I've used several over the years and I am familiar with the terms and tech) it takes FOREVER and the support seems at times to just DON'T understand english. I've spent hours on really basic things, so this has to change.
Other than that I think it looks good, user friendly, and provides a lot of nice features. I just wish the people I met at support years ago was still there.
